August the 3rd will see HBCC take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge - taking on 24 miles and 5000ft of elevation within the 12 hour time window. We are proudly fundraising for this event in aid of Vinnie’s Pantry - a wonderful organisation aiming to provide accommodation and provisions to parents of babies in neonatal care in Leeds. We also have a £100 bet on the line to see if our first team skipper Andy can beat the gauntlet thrown down by old stalwart Josh Hartshorne, who in his rugby days managed a scintillating 6 hours and 47 minutes. Minibus travel has been kindly sponsored by our partners at Firth Truck and Van hire - we hope to see as many people involved as possible!
